Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Enlisted Made Co., we specialize in custom, made-to-order products. Due to their personalized nature, all sales are generally final.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund. To report an issue:

  • Contact office@enlistedmade.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the item.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom products (unless defective or damaged)
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads or software

Refunds

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Requests for preference changes or incorrect orders not caused by us cannot be accommodated.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. Use a trackable service to ensure delivery.
